Team Building at an E-bike Company

The global e-bike market has grown to over $35 billion in 2021.

As e-bikes have soared in popularity, due to advancements in bike design and battery tech, and people seeking affordable, eco-friendly transportation options, e-bike retailers have scaled in parallel. 
     My UX focus for a growing Bay Area company for beginner and experienced cyclists is to design HR tools to help hiring, onboarding, training, and retention. 

     To meet the business's immediate objectives, HR platforms can be optimized to drive recruitment and training. Redesigning these programs to integrate team building practices and employee feedback surveys boosts retention. 
     This platform outlines clear work expectations and learning goals, provides staff continual feedback via progress reports, and highlights career advancement opportunities. 

     Through data metrics, the business gains insight into how to scale smartly-- in a way that upholds their commitment to both exemplary customer service and employee satisfaction.
